Русские шашки — традиционный и наиболее популярный вид шашек в России.

Шашки это и наука, и спорт, и искусство в одной игре, доставляющее много радости и удовольствия!

Игра в шашки по праву признана одной из самых интеллектуальных игр, так как  она стимулирует мыслительную деятельность детей, способствует их логическому мышлению, развивает пространственное воображение, память и внимание, что очень важно для подготовки к школе.

Муниципальный турнир по шашкам среди детей дошкольного возраста проходил  в стенах ЦД «ЖЕМЧУЖИНКА». Турнир проходил в атмосфере торжественности, значимости данной игры. Все участники данного действа с большой ответственностью и с нескрываемым интересом отнеслись к участию в соревнованиях.

Преодолевая волнение, каждый участник стремился к победе. Члены жюри внимательно следили за правильностью шашечной борьбы, наблюдали за ходом сражений. Самые умелые вышли победителями: среди воспитанников подготовительных групп – победителем стал Нерсисян Микаэл (воспитанник 2 отделения ЦД «ЖЕМЧУЖИНКА» гр. «Ладушки»).
